Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut Rosé (Champagne) NV

This brilliant pink sparking wine is a superb match for grilled salmon, but would go with many other foods as well. Scents of apple, melon, and blood orange power the intense bouquet. The palate is crisp and refreshing, offering the same flavor associations as the bouquet plus a dash of strawberry. Grade: B++
