Magito Rivertrace Sauvignon Blanc (North Coast) 2006

A texturally interesting wine. The attack is round and soft with flavors of melon and pear, while the finish is crisp with lingering citrus and herbaceous flavors. A food friendly wine that matched well with pan seared scallops over pasta in a cream sauce. Grade: B++
