As a native Vermonter I can testify that the average Vermont PETA supporter would be lucky to have sufficient mammary capacity to produce a tasting sample let alone a pint of B&J;. I’m also quite sure that she’d find the milk parlor’s methods of extracting milk from her “udders” to be completely male-dominated and misogynistic, after which she’d try to organize the four-titted brigade (cows, for you city folk) to overturn the patriarchy that enslaves them and free themselves from the dreaded machine. After a week or two during which all of the cows have died of mastitis because they weren’t milked and their udders got infected, she’d blame it all on anyone but her.
I read the letter earlier today on MSNBC. This has to be satire from the Onion. You can’t convince me otherwise. Though PETA is always foolish, no one is this stupid.
That would be some revamp to the factory tour.
